Make Stuff Move – Limited Warranty Policy
At Make Stuff Move, we believe in making things easy — especially when something doesn’t work the way it should. If a part is missing or defective, we’ll send you a replacement with no hassle, no questions asked. We want you to focus on building and learning, not jumping through hoops.
Below is our official warranty policy, just to keep everything clear:
Coverage Period
Make Stuff Move warrants that all components and materials in our kits will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers any parts that are missing or arrive defective. We’ll replace the affected component(s) at no charge.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to parts that have been:
- Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification
- Used outside of the intended educational or demonstration purposes
- Purchased from unauthorized resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Simply email us at [support@makestuffmove.com] with your order details and a description of the issue. Most replacements are shipped within 5 business days.
After the 1-Year Period
We still want to help. Even after the official warranty period, we may be able to provide replacements on a goodwill basis — just reach out and we’ll do our best.
Liability
Make Stuff Move Inc. assumes no liability for defects or damage caused by abuse or misuse of any product or unauthorized service of any products.
