Orders over $150 CAD are eligible for free standard shipping within Canada.
Return Policy
- Return Window: Return requests must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.
- Eligibility: Returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Customer Responsibility:
- If the item was shipped correctly and is not defective, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipments must be prepaid and insured by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
- We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
- Refund Processing:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, a refund for the product price (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take a few business days to process.
Reseller Purchases
Items purchased through a reseller must be returned and refunded directly through the reseller. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 15 days of delivery.
- Please email photos of the damage to support@makestuffmove.com.
- If approved, Faire bouger les choses inc. will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
