If a part is missing or defective, we\u2019ll send you a replacement with no hassle, no questions asked. We want you to focus on building and learning, not jumping through hoops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Below is our official warranty policy, just to keep everything clear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coverage Period<\/strong><br>Make Stuff Move warrants that all components and materials in our kits will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of <strong>one (1) year<\/strong> from the original date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s Covered<\/strong><br>This warranty covers any parts that are missing or arrive defective. We\u2019ll replace the affected component(s) at no charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What\u2019s Not Covered<\/strong><br>This warranty does not apply to parts that have been:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used outside of the intended educational or demonstration purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Purchased from unauthorized resellers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to Make a Warranty Claim<\/strong><br>Simply email us at <strong>[<a class=\"\">support@makestuffmove.com<\/a>]<\/strong> with your order details and a description of the issue. Most replacements are shipped within <strong>5 business days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>After the 1-Year Period<\/strong><br>We still want to help.
